1. Data controller

2. Data collected, purposes and legal basis

• Email, name, tanks, measurements and chat history: needed to provide the service (performance of a contract).
• IP address of your last login: used for the security of the service (legitimate interest).
• Technical cookies tt_auth and tt_session: needed for login and the session. We set no tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
• Anonymous visit statistics (Matomo, self-hosted): pages viewed, referrer and device, with no cookies, without identifying you and without linking the data to your account. Login-link verification and the admin area are not measured (legitimate interest).

3. Recipients of the data

• OpenRouter and the downstream AI model providers, which process chat messages. They may be located outside the European Union.
• The mail server (SMTP) that sends login emails and reminders.
• Gravatar, which receives the fingerprint (MD5 hash) of your email to display the avatar.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. The IP address of your last login is automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Your rights

From your profile you can download all your data in JSON format (access and portability) and delete your account (erasure). You can also write to us for the other rights provided by the GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

6. Artificial intelligence

In the chat you talk to an assistant based on artificial intelligence, not to a person. Its answers may contain errors: verify them before acting. The system is minimal risk and does not make automated decisions with legal effects on you. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat.
